How do I know where my order is?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successful. We will send you a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to display delivery details.

Your items may arrive in separate parcels.
For UPS shipments, you can track individual parcels by clicking on “Packages in this shipment” at the bottom of your tracking link.

Returns
We try to make each product as flawless as possible and to make your order experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible. However, we understand if mistakes happen! If you have changed your mind and would like to return an unused BOZ product, we can help out. BOZ products ship with a return period of 60 days.
How to initiate a return:
Reach out to us and include the following information to have your return processed as quickly as possible:
- Your original order number
- The condition of your item
- The number of parcels that you would like to return and their dimensions (length, width, breadth and weight)
- The reason for your return

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, we’ll cover the costs of getting it back to us. We’ll also cover return shipping if an item is returned in its original packaging and within 60 days of its delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. This may occur for any item not in its original condition, damaged or incomplete or outside of the 60 day grace period. In these cases, the return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. We always minimize these costs and source the lowest rates available.
